As a Nurse Registry, we don’t employ caregivers directly. Instead, we act as a matching service, connecting you with independent, pre-screened professionals. This model often results in a more personal, one-on-one care relationship that you help choose.
Why is being "State Certified" important?
Our State Certification as a Nurse Registry means we are held to very high standards of operation and compliance by the state of Florida. It’s an assurance to you that we follow all required protocols for safety, screening, and professional conduct.
How do you find the right caregiver for someone with a difficult personality?
This is where our personal approach truly shines. We take time to understand not just the care needs but also the personality and preferences of your loved one. This allows us to find a caregiver with the right temperament, patience, and communication style for a harmonious match.
What happens if the caregiver we choose isn't a good fit for our family?
Your family’s comfort is the most important thing. While we take great care in our matching process, we understand that chemistry is key. If for any reason the match isn’t perfect, please contact us immediately. We will listen to your feedback and promptly begin the process of referring another qualified caregiver.
How is communication handled between our family, the caregiver, and your staff?
We believe in open and easy communication. You will have direct contact with your caregiver to manage scheduling and daily needs. Our support staff is also always available to you as a resource. If you have any concerns or need guidance, our experienced team is here to help facilitate communication and ensure everything runs smoothly.
