I have long-term care insurance, but I'm not sure what it covers. Can you help?
While we can’t interpret your specific policy, we can certainly help you navigate the process. We can show you how to find out what services are covered and then work with your provider to handle the billing for the care we refer.
Do I pay the caregiver directly or do I pay your company?
As a Nurse Registry, the independent caregivers you select set their own rates. However, for your convenience, we can help arrange payment to make things seamless for you, especially when working with insurance providers. We will explain this clearly during our consultation.
My insurance isn't on your list. Does that mean you don't accept it?
Not necessarily. The list includes providers we work with frequently, but it’s not exhaustive. Please give us a call! We are always happy to look into your specific long-term care policy and see if we can coordinate with them.
What if my loved one doesn't have insurance and needs to pay privately?
That is perfectly fine. We accept private payment and all major credit cards. Our goal is to provide affordable options, and we can discuss rates and create a payment schedule that works for your family’s budget during our initial conversation.
Is there any cost for the initial consultation to discuss payment options?
No, there is absolutely no cost or obligation for our initial consultation. It’s an opportunity for us to understand your needs, answer your questions about the process, and explain how we can help, including a full discussion of payment and insurance options.
